Last updated October 15, 2026. This page explains, in plain words, what No Más Solo keeps and why.
What we keep
- A random ID in a cookie, so your companion knows it's you. No name, email or password is needed to chat.
- Your messages with each companion and short memory notes your companion writes about you, so it can remember what matters to you.
- Companions you create (their name, look and voice choices) and their illustrated portrait.
- Your answer to the 18+ question, and daily message counts for free-tier limits.
- Your email, only if you join the waitlist and agree to emails.
- Anonymous daily totals (messages, crisis referrals) to keep the service safe and meet companion-chatbot laws.
Who processes it
Messages are sent to an AI provider (OpenAI) to write your companion's replies, voice and portraits. Data is stored on Vercel. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
Your choices
Use “Delete my data” at the bottom of any page to erase your chats, memory notes and companions. Clearing your cookies starts you fresh.
Safety
Companions are artificial intelligence, not people, and they say so. No Más Solo is for adults 18+. It is not therapy or emergency help. If you are in danger: US 988 or 911; Colombia 192 or 123.

Guardamos un identificador aleatorio en una cookie, tus mensajes, notas breves de memoria, los compañeros que crees, tu respuesta a la pregunta de edad y, si te unes a la lista, tu correo. Los mensajes se procesan con un proveedor de IA (OpenAI) y se almacenan en Vercel. No vendemos tus datos. Puedes borrar todo con “Borrar mis datos”.
